The Land of the Super Boring

i have no idea how this happens...

it is 4:31AM. I am trying to stay up till this afternoon because Mr.PhysicalTherapyMan wants me to cycle forward since i have insomnia and am going to sleep during the morning/day and getting up at evening/night. (maybe i really am a vampire- haha.) but when i tried to go to bed earlier to fix this problem, i couldnt sleep. theoretically it works like this:

Day 1
4AM: go to bed
4PM: wake up

Day 2
9AM: go to bed
9PM: wake up

Day 3
2PM: go to bed
2AM: wake up

Day 4
7PM: go to bed
7AM: wake up

or something like that, resulting, as you see by Day 4, in me sleeping at night. the only problem is, ironically, i have physical therapy. so im skipping to Day 3 even though it is really only Day 2. in a few minutes, i am going to go try to clean the kitchen and make breakfast for my housemates, since they have places to go and im up anyway. hopefully after that i will work on my diagram for my aunt and then maybe do some writing. (the diagram is a modified Triangle, without the K, for those that dont know.)

anyway, i got on here to say that while i am killing time to make the night pass, im hanging out on lappy and making what i intended to be a little playlist for the day. somehow it is now 48 songs. how does that happen?

thank you for both the wakeup and breakfast. it was quite nice. i just have onep question: what happens after day four? i mean it's not like you're going to be in bed by 7 every night. so then what do you do to stop yourself from starting the cycle all over again? are you ever supposed to get the normal amount of sleep: 8 to 9 hours. cause that means you could go to bed at 10 and still get up by 7? that leaves more time to party with all your friends...!
